participants, take care of picking up congress materials and deliver them to your attendees,
provide shuttle service and of course a full social program.

Our services include:

Dining: We will recommend the best restaurants or dining venues based on your client's
budget and preferences. Be it the latest dining hot-spot or a tried-and-proven restaurant, a
dinner venue for a private event, or just an a-la-carte reservation for a small group, we
handle it all.

Sightseeing: Let your clients discover the most interesting sights of their destination. We
work with first-rate transportation companies and only the best and most experienced tour
guides in each city. Of course all tours are customized and private for your group.

Theme Parties and Gala Dinners: Just let us know what your client is looking for and we
will do the rest. We have planned gala dinners including entertainment, venue management
(flowers, lighting, exquisite decorations, live music and more. Or is your client just looking for
a great restaurant to make a good final impression before returning home ? - No problem,
we've got it covered.

Meeting Support: We can take care of everything you need. Registering attendees,
picking up congress materials, recommending meeting venues, organizing private meetings,
synchronizing all audiovisual and communications requirements as well as food and
beverage at the meeting venue.

On-site coordination: For large or very important groups we always have DNA
management on-site throughout the stay.
